Cancellation Policy:

To avoid cancellation fees, you must contact us via email at least 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 1 day in advance will incur a fee of 100% of the total charge. Please note that cancellations are only confirmed via email; telephone or answering machine messages are not accepted as a confirmed cancellation.

Billing Information:

The remaining balance will be billed automatically 3 days prior to your reservation date. All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. If you wish to use a different credit card, please call or text our office before the billing date.

Additional time:

Additional time is billed in 30 minute increments at the hourly

Our office is available by phone between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, or you may email us at any time.

– Vehicle Requirement: Sprinters and / or buses are required for all weddings.

Cancellation Policy

– Notice Required: To avoid cancellation fees, you must contact us via email at least 60 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 60 days in advance will incur a fee of 100% of the total charge.

– Confirmation: Cancellations are only confirmed via email. Telephone or answering machine messages are not accepted as a valid cancellation.

 – Special Circumstances: In the event of a natural disaster, fire, rain, or venue closure, you will receive a credit for future use or the option to reschedule to a new date once available.

Billing Information

– Remaining Balance: The remaining balance will be billed automatically 7 days prior to your reservation date.

– Processing Fees: All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. If you wish to use a different credit card, please call or text our office before the billing date.

– Additional Time: Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate.

Please note that cancellations are only confirmed via email; telephone or answering machine messages are not accepted as a confirmed cancellation.
Cancellations for SUV reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance.

Billing Information
